My passion has always been art, design, and working with my hands. With no formal training, I began as a naive artist, teaching myself design programs while working at Huntington Surf & Sport and pursuing a career as a pro surfer. After 20 years at Hurley, where I started as a production artist and worked my way up to art director, I am still inspired by culture and architecture and enjoy creating well-balanced logos that convey the vibe and style of a company while considering the marketplace and the future of the industry. As a surfer, I love and respect the ocean, and this appreciation for nature and the environment influences my work as an artist and designer.
